The hotel is conveniently located near South Kensington tube station, making it easy to access many London activities. The room was comfortable and well-stocked with luxury amenities. The staff went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The delicious breakfast was a great start to the day.

The room did not justify the high cost, as it was small and lacked privacy with thin blinds.

The amenities in the room were top-notch, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay, including ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning. The room itself was beautifully decorated and had a calming atmosphere, with a lovely comfy bed adorned with high-quality linen and soft pillows. this hotel provided enhanced comfort and quality services that truly exceeded my expectations.

We had a fantastic stay! The hotel was clean and stylish, and the staff was helpful. The location, away from the very centre, was ideal as it was still conveniently close to South Kensington tube station, where we could easily connect to the rest of the city. There were also plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby for dining options. The breakfast provided at the hotel was really good, and the facilities were great.

For us, it was ideal.

I was really surprised by the warm welcome I received when checking in at Sydney House Chelsea. The staff let me check in early, free of charge, as my room was already prepared. The complimentary soaps in the room were of really good quality. The hotel is situated on a lovely residential street, offering a peaceful atmosphere with rooms overlooking neighboring houses. The room itself was compact, but had all the necessary amenities in just the right places. The bed was comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The location was also ideal, with numerous eateries in the area and just a short 5-minute walk to the nearest tube station. I had a lovely stay and would definitely consider returning to Sydney House Chelsea in the future.

Great location near Royal Brompton Hospital and metro station. The receptionists were very helpful and allowed us to check in early. the decor and facilities were great, with a comfortable and tastefully decorated room. The provision of a desk, hanging space, and a seat was appreciated.

The room charges were high for what was offered, and no breakfast was included. The lack of tea/coffee making facilities in the room was inconvenient.
